Eagles live a long time . They rejuvenate. Some type of eagle is the national symbol of more nations than all other animals combined combined.
When it rains, most birds head for shelter; the eagle avoids the rain,too. The eagle will fly above the clouds...
The eagle lives longer than most birds.
At about the age of 30 the eagle literally pulls talons and feathers out and bashes its beak off on a rock. The eagle then grows a new beak, talons and feathers. The eagle newly armed with the sharp strong weapons, new feathers and the experience of a lifetime starts a new life. The great bird soars into a new life, a life more efficient than the last. The lord of the skys soars over the earth more majestically than ever. And so the rejuvenated eagle soars high above the lesser birds for another 30 years.
